The first team did a poor job and ended up breaking some pictures and spilling some surface polish we had open. I ended up taking quite a bit of time cleaning up after them. They did offer to pay for the glass repair and brought in a new team the same day to re-clean - they did much better. Kimber

They did an excellent job and was very thorough!

Every time these guys come out, I feel like I live in a hotel because they do such a nice job. They hit the areas that I always miss.

The person was slow and I ended up helping her complete some of the cleaning because she had done a poor job or had forgotten some shelving and areas to clean.

Prompt, professional service

I came home to a clean house that I didn't clean. It was nice to know that I wasn't going to have to go back and re-do anything. I have four kids, so the house gets messy pretty quickly, but the team did a wonderful job regardless. The kids bedrooms looked better than when I do them. Thank you Maid Brigade!

Maid Brigrade did a nice job cleaning my house on the initial visit. My one disappointment is that they went over their original estimate and never contacted me to let me know it. They just charged my credit card with no explanation.

Very impressive service - from Greg's enjoyable in-home consultation/estimate to the incredible cleaning job done by the two ladies. I was hesitant to start a cleaning service, but now I won't be able to go back!

There was some unwiped areas of floor, but we think something dripped on their way out the door. They were overall just great.

Prompt and efficient service

I wish I had hired a service when we moved into our house and every year thereafter. It was only in needing to prepare for houseguests due to a memorial service and preparation for the sale of our house that a thorough housecleaning in very short order was a must. We had next day service and a small army of help. I had a shower I believed had to be torn out, only to learn that a lot of elbow grease and comet could give me a new looking shower! Whenever I had tackled a job on my own, I was worn out for weeks. So, I never got the entire house clean at one time. Thank you Maid Brigade!

The cleaning was exceptional.

They were professional- contacted me right away, discussed the details of the job with me and were able to meet my schedule. I look forward to updating this as they do some work for me. I would never use them again because they were very difficult about paying arrangements, The owner apparently believes that all his prospective customers are crooks,
