I probably should have been there. I have to redo the floors and she was asked to clean stove and fridge, but fridge was not cleaned. Seem like it took longer than required

The customern service was great. I hat e to give a bad rate, I think that it may have just been my specific maid. I clean every week and the amount of time spent was too much for the quality of service provided.

both ladies were very friendly and paid attention to the areas i specified were most important to me, however i felt for the price i paid the insides of the cabinets and the fridge could have been cleaned

They were able to accomodate me in a short notice. A maid came at the appointed time and completed a job I requested promptly.

A three person cleaning team showed up. to do a move out clean up. The person who cleaned the kitchen missed the outside of some the cabinet doors.

I just thought the cleaner was cleaning slow. I didn't like the items or products that were used. And the job wasn't even as satisfactory as I expected. And then they hit me with a huge bill. I was displeased. Possibly good for small projects.

it almost feels as if they were trying to put one over on me, like they kinda faked it doing just enough to make it seem as though they did what they were supposed to.

The maids they sent did a fantastic job. And the office staff was really nice and professional. I plan to hire them on a bi-weekly basis.

Overall they did a good job but I was told they would also clean the inside cabinets but that wasn't done.

I felt that they quoted me one price but intended to talk me into doubling it because of the conversation i had with the actual cleaners. Also, i prepaid but the cleaners wanted a check. The next day i called the office to discuss this and i found them unresponsive. I was promised calls back, left messages and finally on 11-30 i called back again and it seemed like thngs might get resolved. Then on 12-1-10 i was called with the resolution. I feel that they could have been better at responding to phone calls and solving issues

They did a wonderful job, three women done in about two hours, I will definetly use them again. When my family comes for the holiday I will tell them about the good job they did! I give them a 5+

I was told I would receive two maids only one came. The girl was polite but her training was below average. I was told the first cleaning would be a deep cleaning which it was not. The maid left in two hours and I had to pay for three! When asked to speak to someone in charge I was told there was no one I could speak to and no owner of this "company" I could contact. I was told there was no owner name I could have. These maids are subcontractors who are required to buy the equipment from maid experts. There is no team no scrubbing

Unreliable and unresponsive. First maids were very slow. They missed the second appointment, calling almost half an hour after the four hour window I was given. The company couldn't be bothered to contact me, despite my voicemail and email. I called THEM and they said the maids appeared at my house during that window and no one was home. False. So, I tried one last time. The company gave me a 25% discount, a 2 hour window and different maids. These maids came early but did a really bad job and managed to lock the master bedroom. We have no key. Company charged my credit card with no explanation of how number was reached, no receipt.

Good communication. Friendly service. Performed as promised.
