After giving the representative a complete understanding of the size & scope of the job, the cleaners (3) arrived over an hour late and were suprised about the size of the home. They were not prepared -- only one floor cleaner for the three of them and there was 4000 sq.ft. of hardwood floors to clean. One of the cleaning staff said disrespectfull comments in spanish not knowing that the homeowner understood the language... They were soon thereafter asked to leave.

My client was not happy with the "deep cleaning" she paid for. Cobwebs were left in some places and they didn't even try to scrub the tubs correctly. They told me they couldn't get the stains out but only AFTER I asked about it. The supervisor was nice and tried to be helpful but the service was poor. In fact, one of the maids was downright rude.
