I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone. Dan called and gave me a quote over the phone. When Leslie showed up she thought it would take less time than needed so called to let him know. My quote price was dropped by 20 dollars and she did an OUTSTANDING job.

First cleaning went well, but the quality has been steadly decreasing. When quoted the cost of the service it was based on how the provider was going to need about 2.5 hours to perform the weekly cleaning at $65-$70 however the service ended up costing $75 and none of the persons performing the service spent near 2.5 hours at our home. The first cleaning was good even though the service provider did not spend the 2.5 hours at the home. This is OK because she was efficient with her time, however today there was a regular person with 2 trainees performing the work and the service was not satisfactory and the team was only at the house for about an hour.

no attention to detail. they had to come out next day to actually finish the floors..no sweeping under baseboard heaters...or cabinets...i have kids, that is why i needed them. they gave purely in and out service... i will not be using them anymore...only one time. what a bummer too. i found someone on my own. thanks for the help though! cmr
