We complete a rigorous training program called MaidPro University and we also do a thorough background check on each employee in addition to handling all payroll and tax issues. MaidPro is also insured for your added security. MaidPro is locally owned and operated--I have lived in the area for over 20 years--but we are also part of a nationwide network of MaidPro offices that share best practices in cleaning and client care. I opened the MaidPro franchise after several unsuccessful attempts to find a cleaning service that cleaned my own home to my satisfaction.
