I took bids from 4 local HVAC contracting businesses listed with the Grays Harbor PUD and did a quick on line research of the product lines carried by all the contractors. I was impressed with all the contractors who bid and narrowed my choice to 2 who carried the Mitsubishi product line. I chose OceanAir Contracting, Arnie Bossard. He struck me as sincere, honest and knowledgeable and willing to listen to my suggestions. His crew arrived a little after 8am on a Wed, removed the existing heat pump (1987 Trane) and air handler (1982 Carrier) and installed the Mitsubishi system. By 4pm the next day, the new system was working. Ocean Air Contracting sent a crew of 4. All were focused, diligent and hard working. I am very impressed with Arnie's company and very happy with my replaced heat pump.

How do say this any more simply: Arnie and his crew saved our HVAC project from almost certain failure. We had new components from the first company we dealt with that had majority factory problems, bad design plans that could have lead to catastrophic failures if we blindly followed them, and the company we first hired for engineering support could only learn from the design changes Ocean Air made. In the end, they fixed the broken part, organized warranty payment for them, and put the system together right. We ended up with a great working system we are very happy with. And when one line blew the first week, which in a system of our size and complexity is a very small failure rate, Arnie had men there at 10 a.m. the next morning to fix it. As the General Contractor on the commercial buildings we put up, of the dozens of contractors I deal with, by far I'm most pleased with Ocean Air. Could be why my neighbor just hired him too.

They were very professional, and very easy to ask questions. It was very clean and the system works great. They were done it just a short time. I am very pleased thank you.
