He could immediately see a problem that existed, and explained what needed to be done. We had the problem taken care of and Marc's installed the glass with no further problems.

I was very impressed that I got the quick and prompt response that I was looking for. I needed an emergency service for having a window glass replaced and they were out to my house within 30 minutes and had a new glass to my house in 2 hours and it was taken care of! I was impressed.

Did not have the glass on hand. Had to special order. Very reluctant to adjust delivery time to meet my work schedule. Customer workman was great he agreed to meet me after I got off work. But, the company itself was difficult to arrange his schedule. Great workman, not so good company.

They replaced the Low E glass in a broken window quickly and at a reasonable rate.

I really appreciated getting a call from Marc's Glass (rather than me having to call them) after submitting my service request. I thought my window was a single pane, so that was what the initial quote was for. When the installer came to the house, he showed me that the window was a dual pane and gave me 2 options - 1 for Marc's glass to make the window themselves or the 2nd option was to order the glass which would present a delay, but was significantly less costly. I appreciated the time the installer spent in explaining things to me and I also appreciated being able to get an estimate over the phone at the initial contact.

Marc's glass replaced a large window for me and I would recommend them to anyone but it is not cheap. They responded quickly, gave me a quote and time for measurement and time for replacement. They were on time and very professional. Window is high quality.

I would recommend Marc�s Glass to anyone I know or anyone I meet. Their rates will beat any other company you call, hands down! I actually had another company quote me more than twice the cost! When I called Marc�s Glass and asked for a quote, the receptionist was pleasant and gave me an estimate that I immediately felt was a fair price. The scheduling for the installer to come out to my house was also reasonable. The install itself was also professionally done. The window and the molding looked beautiful. It looked like window had magically fixed itself because there wasn�t any mess for me to cleanup afterward like some companies. Thank you!
