Mark was outstanding in all respects. Responsive, timely, identified the problem with minimal disruption (had to cut a small window in a closet wall), made the repair, bought the necessary piece of plywood and fixed the hole, and left the work area in spotless condition. He has a most pleasant manner and charged a reasonable amount. Highly recommended.

Mark is an truely experienced professional. He came in for a free evaluation and took a look at it and figured out the correct model to use right away and brought back a new faucet in a couple hours and got the job done beatifully. Remember this is an old Wall-Hang Briggs sink and the type of faucets were no longer made by Briggs. I would have had to spend a lot more if it were not for him as I was considering replacing the entire sink that is probably difficult to find a color match. Thanks a lot Mark.
