Jim was great! He called back and came to fix our switches on a Saturday morning. He answered all of my questions about how our boiler system worked and came back out the following Monday to replace switches he didn't have on his truck. Excellent experience, would hire him again without hesitation.

So fast, I was planning to make an appt for the next week as it was not an emergency and he called, came over and gave me heat within a few hours. And so kind, friendly and knowledgeable.

I reached Jim on a Friday afternoon and he immediately offered to come up and do the work even though it was just a maintenance issue for the sale of my home and could have waited. He could NOT have been a nicer man, most importantly he was nice to my mom and he actually knew some of my neighbors so we had a lovely chat before and after he did his work. I cannot say enough good things about Jim and Marmot; PLEASE use him for any of your boiler needs.

Jim arrived within a few hours of our initial contact and quickly determined the problem. He had the necessary part (which is important when you live where we do) and made the repairs in a timely manner. Jim is pleasant and knowledgeable. We appreciated that he explained the different heating "stations" so we have a better understanding of the whole system. Will definitely use Marmot Heating in the future!

Very friendly and professional. Knew immediately what was likely to be the trouble. We have an older boiler and because he only works on boilers, he actually had the replacement valve we needed with him. Most impressive. He also did a full safety check -with a full page checklist he went over with us. Very thorough. I now have peace of mind that it is in good working order for the winter. A little pricy, but worth it.

I was very impressed with Jim. He was very responsive, very knowledgeable and very helpful. In addition to replacing the failed part on my boiler, he also offered suggestions on spare parts I could purchase, temperatures settings and how I could fix a leaky pressure valve myself. I'll be calling him again for my future HVAC needs.

Jim was prompt in responding and arrived on time. He did an excellent job diagnosing and repairing the issue with our system. Seems to me today you can't have a heating/cooling professional to your place without paying quite a bit. From my experiences, Jim was about average cost-wise.

Jim Eastman, owner, is knowledgeable, personable, and reliable. He was able to come out on Christmas Eve when we realized the problem and were left with no hot water and no heat; he diagnosed the problem and set us up with a temporary bypass until the specialized part that needed to be ordered could be delivered after the Christmas holiday. He returned as soon as the part arrived and fixed the hot water heater and heat system. He is honest and friendly and explained everything. I would absolutely recommend him!

Jim was able to diagnose the problem and suggest a work around solution to get me over the week end.

They were able to identify the problem with my boiler quickly and easily and repair it for a reasonable charge. Plus, I called for service and they were here the same day ... YEA!
