Great service.... Quincy (Marquee's representative) was at the site a couple of hours after I hired them. Took the honeycomb and cleared the kitchen vent area. The honeybees didn't return. I strongly recommend Marquee for the professionalism and ease in handling the job that their representative depicted. Very reliable customer service. I will always keep this company in mind for any pest control needs for my home.

I had hired this company twice and the work they did was completely wrong and I believed them the first time and then I hired someone else who immediately fixed the problem and told me that Marquee was wrong in what they were not only doing but what they were telling me as well. I sent them a letter with a list of ten things that were problamatic and the owner never got back to me on what they did wrong.

"We always do our best for all of our clients as a better Business Bureau member in good standing since 1999. We regularly do very well for them but sometimes things just don't work out well. But will continue to strive to do our best as this is a service industry its not easy to always please everyone but this will not stop us from trying. I'm not exactly sure who this client was but I'm sadden to hear they were not satisfied with our company efforts."

The service started right away, from their first call. I asked for help from you guys and they called me within 5 min. From there all the way till actual service, they were great! Jimmy the rep who came out to spray was also very efficient and friendly. Nice Company!

The person who came to treat the mice in our house was very friendly and helpful. We managed to get rid of 7 mice within his 3 visits. It was great that he said he was ready to come back if we caught any more mice in the traps that he left behind although the contract required him to come only 3 times.
