Martínez painting

there was no customer service, a project contract was made, and dead line times. material was furnish by Martinez company all work was to comply to Virginia building code. dates and schedules were made but contractor never showed per contract scheduling. 2 month behind Workmanship was not good and not to code. only 1/2 of the project completed. material used was of poor quality. sneak material out of my shop to do his work. I am a disable veteran and could not be watching for error he made. so the hot water tank was wired and not started properly and blew the heating elements. The return air grill on central HVAC was to small and they turn on the ac and blew the control board in the furnace. Still cannot turn lights on inside the house and outside lighting just don't work. The floor through the house need to be redone for its starting to bowl. Not installed properly. Th cost in just fixing the work they did cost thousands of dollars I just hope that they should be in jail penalty

I was in a jam and had cracked some tiles in an elevator and needed to repair to finish my Job. I was quoted a repair price immediately and it was honored. The job was repaired after hours and my customer said it was better than the original. I plan on using him again.

Initially hired for paint but they told me if they do the floor upgrades then they give me a better deal. The flooring is super low quality with no subfloor or leveling done, all LVP tiles are bouncing up. They told me the job will be done in 7 days but they never finished the project, demanded they want to be fully paid and they will return later to complete everything but never showed up to finish. This company is a scam! Stay away from them!!
