Randy Mason did the work himself & gave it the attention it deserved, even thought our project was a very small shower floor repair. Other companies required a minimum cost for any job, which was almost 200% more than Mason's. He understood our need, and worked within our budget. He was very professional and communicated clearly. Since it was such a small job, he presented me with the option to apply the grout sealer myself, the day after the grout had set. He gave simple and clear instruction on how to apply the sealer and saved us even more money because he didn't have to make another trip out to our house. ------Thanks, Randy!

Randy did a great job, Always called to let us know he was on his way. Kept us up-to-date on what he was doing. The finished shower looked like it was brand new!! I think the job was a little more involved that he thought but he stuck with his estimate. We would definitely recommend him.

Randy cleaned the carpet in our rental. He was very professional. He did the job when I needed it done. The price was lower than the other 5+ companies that quoted the job. He did a great job, and he took his time. The carpet looks great, even after 2 renters! We will use him again, and I do recommend him.

Great guy. I offered to pay more than he quoted to obtain a better job, since he quoted what I thought was too low. Sadly, while the job was done on time and fairly well, there was a large stain left in the middle of one of the rooms that did not look like he even tried to clean it. When I emailed him about the stain, I received no response. I went over it with my home carpet cleaning machine and cleaned most of it away myself.

Randy came today and cleaned my grout. the results were beyond my expectations! The process was very clean, not messy at all and very quick. My tile/grout dried within minutes and I could see the fantastic results almost immediately. As the tile/grout dried more completely, the grout lightened even more. Super job. I would recommend Mason's to everyone who need their tile cleaned. I am so pleased!
