Al Carta installed my new tub surround. He made a measuring error when he cut the front piece which made it two inches too short at the bottom where the new tub surround front section wraps around the bathtub. He pieced it and caulked it before even telling me that it was cut wrong, and then he promised me a free corner caddie and towel bar if I would accept it that way. I agreed since it was not really noticible. That was back in early February, and after multiple phone calls asking where are my free items and why is water leaking into my den and inside of my bathroom from where the faucets are installed, I have been ignored.

We took a long time to decide on what we wanted to do with our bathroom and looked at every option as far as contracters. There were up to (5) contractors we met with, but at the end of the day we went wtih Master Contracting Enterprises. Our selection was based on professionalism, quick response to our calls, reliability and follow up. Al Carta listened to our needs and delivered a quality product for a fair price. Our bathroom feels like we're always on vacation and living in a hotel. I would highly recommend Master Contracting for your bathroom needs. Too bad he doesn't do kitchens.
