Have not had the windows installed yet. We've just ordered them and they should be installed in about 3 weeks. Mastercraft was the most responsive and professional and gave us a good price up front (the best quote for the product). They are also rated highly on Angie's list. Andrew answered all our question with out making us go through a typical sales pitch and we will most likely have them do other exterior work in the future.

The project to replace glass in 2 windows was accomplished professionally and I am pleased with the whole process. The cost seemed high and the new windows were not clean are the only questions I would have.

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Installation and Replacement
Over all I was very pleased. Jeff the salesman was nice and informative. The only problem was that they were suppose to start on a Monday and I didn't hear anything until I called Tuesday. They finally started Thursday and were done with the roof on Friday. The guys on the roof were very respectful and hard working. I bought them pizza for lunch and gave them a small bonus. Something I've never done before, but I was so pleased with their work. I would hire Mastercraft again.
