They did a really good job. Mess and clean-up was sort of an issue at times. There was some painting in repair areas that I thought could have been better. The finished work product was great though!

Good work, reasonable about changes in scope both ways. Final completion could have been better. Some minor tasks not completed expeditiously.

Masterframe did a fantastic job with my Wash Park remodel. The work was completed on-time, on-budget, and the quality of the workmanship was excellent. The work done on my house was extensive, and Andy was easy to work with to plan and complete the project. He had an eye for detail which resulted in an excellent finished product. I could not recommend him more highly and I plan to use Masterframe for any projects I may have in the future. I'd give 6 stars if it were an option.

Andy did a very good job with finshing the garage. He completed the project on time and for no more money than his original bid. The workmanship was great. Also, he worked with me to accomodate needed changes in the work at a fair price. The only thing that I would have liked is for him to provide a little closer supervision of his workers. Minor oversights required him to do additional work--but he was a stand-up guy and did commit to addressing this issues without charging more. I hope that he holds up to his word and returns to finsihed off the last of the work, but I would use him again without hesitation.

Andy Dupree was always on time and delievered exactly what he promised. Actually, he did even MORE than he promised!!!! Great team!

They were on time and easy to work with. The bathroom looks great and they are available for questions. I loved that they did not subcontract work out they did it all.

I hired them to replace siding and windows on a bump out room, move the attic entrance and add a buil-in ladder and fix and replace the back doors. They were able to make the stucco affordable so I could get the siding I wanted that matched the house. They got the work done completely. Any issues that came up were addressed to my satisfaction. They also did extra work not under contract because they saw that it needed to be done--fixed a stair railing and stairs. I received really good value for the price. I had also asked that the stucco be inspected for repair. Andy got back to me with the inspection results and an estimate.

Masterframe replaced our original (1929) windows with new windows throughout our home. Their price was competitive with other contractors, but what sold us on Masterframe was their willingness to work with us to find solutions to sometimes difficult issues, within budget and on time. Masterframe Construction are reliable, trustworthy and we definitely recommend them and hold them in high regard. In fact, we're asking them back to do some more work on our home.
