Matt does not follow through. Says he will be there on a certain day and does not show up. He said he "lost his phone." Has been AWOL from my particular job for 8 days. He is holding the whole protect up.

I had several projects for Matt, he completed 1 of them (nice job), however, I paid for the other projects in advance (no time limit on the other jobs). He was awared a large project, and never completed my projects (he said he just did not have time, and needed to track the builder down to get the money owed to him); he also said he would refund my money, but he never did. I believe his intentions are good, but he does not manage his time well and is not a man of integrity as he does not follow through on Commitments.

It is excellent work. He has done, many things, crown molding, valences, worked in my son's home. He is fabulous.
