We are delighted with the way Colin and Glen (McKenzie Plumbing & Heating) approached the jobs from start to finish. Professional, flexible, and on time. Left the space clean and all fixed. Colin was the first to come to give me an estimate. He and his brother came the next day at the scheduled time. Being the 5th generation plumbers, they surely know the trade and have the right tools. They installed a one-piece toilet, a faucet, a counter top, and a vanity in 3 hours and charged within the estimate range including parts and labor. When I text messaged Colin about a minor leak in the faucet, he responded promptly and came around 7:30 a.m. the next day. Every thing has been working nicely ever since. Hadn't been a minor leak, I would have given them the perfect 5 stars.

Water Heater Repair or Service
We called him for repairs to our water heater. He was friendly, fast, efficient and everything went exactly as I would have hoped. His invoice matched the verbal estimate he gave me on the phone. He even showed me how to repair a seperate issue myself so I could save a few dollars. Didn't try to upsell. I will definitely use him again in the future when I have plumbing needs. I would highly recommend this contractor.

Drain Clog or Blockage Clearing
I will give them 5 star if they can fix the clog problem of my bathtub. But they're professional, patient in answering my questions, arrive on schedule, and reply your phone call timely. However, they did recommend other professionals to fix the clog problem.
