It is dangerous work, especially on my house. The seem to take in in stride. I had a chimney cover blow off some time after they had cleaned my chimney. High winds have done that before. They were good about coming out and putting it back on and making sure it would not come off again with a couple screws. Another company wanted to charge me $60 to come out and put it back on a few years back. I'm sticking with MCP.

Called to have rain hats installed. MCP came in and discovered that the home inspector missed the collapsed chimney wall, in fairness I did too. They completed the task a day or two later with precise execution and impressive speed. I'd ring em again but I doubt there will be a need.

We are very happy and satisfied with MCP's services. The technicians were on time and very professional and very helpful with their recommendations. We feel we are now more safe and the pallet stove is functioning more efficiently with the chimney clean and chimney cover replaced with stainless steel . While I had initially contacted MCP to simply clean the chimney, the technician, Brandon, who did the job along with his assistant, detected faults in the firebrick that could prove serious. He was very careful to show me the cracks, explain his concerns, give me literature that supported his recommendations and give me some options. Within a few days, he returned with a crew of four, they completed all of the work efficiently, showed me each step and the materials used and cleaned up after themselves. Each person on the crew was professional, polite and seemed to know his business. I would highly recommend them.

Ran late, but did call near end of scheduled time. Crew of two got job done quickly. Were generally conscientious, but left a lot of soot in front of fireplace. Pointed out items that were not noted in prior year, but did not press for sale of extra services to fix them (gave estimate).

MCP was very punctual and had our chimney rebuild completed on time and on budget, despite having to work in temperature of over 100 degrees for 3 days.. They also returned and sealed the chimney on the date they said they would. I have not climbed on the roof to inspect the job closely, but it appears to have been done well and the brick is an excellent match with the main house brick. We also have had MCP give us an estimate on rebuilding our internal fireplace Though MCP may be more expensive than their competing, they appear to offer high quality workmanship backed by experienced and staff.
