"First I would like to apologize for being a little behind schedule on that particular day, I would also like to say that what we charged was actually half of the quote that had been agreed to after all of the changes that were made to the original estimate. We apologize for any misunderstanding about the price and would have been more than happy to work something out about the price at the time we finished the job, but we were unaware of any dissatisfaction at the time.
