Mel underbid and asked for more $ which he said we did not have to pay but would help him absorb extra costs. Work Quality - Walls look great Trim - to be desired. - Other -wrecked the carpet in one room, got paint on cloths in our closets and our bed and bedding. Left cigarette butts all over our back yard. Painted raw wood without priming and it now is starting to bleed. Painted around some fixtures without removing. Painted over some plastic coverings for recessed lighting. Our six panel doors look terrible - I will probably redo them myself. All in all I would expect more from a professional but we probably got what we paid for.

They did a great job on our 2 bathrooms and staining the stair rail. They were the first to call and also more affordable. Overall good value and friendly & professional folks. Cons: Could be a lot cleaner and tidier in work and finish. Got paint on towel bars and floor in bathroom.
