They showed up 40 minutes late. Never even acknowledged being late or apologized. One of the cleaners had to redo the work of the other. Asked for the kitchen floor to be scrubbed, it wasn't also was supposed to have fridge inside cleaned which did not get done

I spoke with Kim from the Manchester office who gave an in-house estimate of $225 for a thorough first cleaning on Friday August 6. I booked the cleaning for that following Tuesday Aug 10 and was incredibly disappointed with the results. The toilet bowls had stains that I was quickly able to remove when I scrubbed, the kitchen cabinets weren't touched scrubbed at all and still had grease stains over the stove, no baseboards were dusted, etc. I was under the impression that the $225 would get me a very thorough first cleaning, which it clearly did not. When I contacted Kim to inform her that I would not require her services in the future and explained why, she simply said that she'd seen the toilet bowl stains, but had asked her co-worker and been informed that they'd been scrubbed. When I explained that they clearly hadn't and expressed again that I wouldn't need her in the future, she simply said ok and hung up. Never offered to give me any money back or send people back out for a follow-up. I would suggest that you take them off your referral list in the future.

Although we had a terrible time getting a callback in the first place, once the contact was made everything went wonderfully. They have been to the house once and they were fantastic. I would recommend the Merrymaids AND ServiceMagic. ServiceMagic solved our problem. We could not have done it without you! Thanks
