This by far the worst HVAC company I have worked with. I was scheduled to close on my house and they delayed and delayed to come to my house claiming the house was locked while I was at work even after I gave them the code to enter the house. They claimed the code didn?t work. they wasted 2 weeks of my time with rescheduling. Then the final straw was when I called the scheduler (who is super rude by the way) . I called on a Thursday and he literally was dismissive toward me and told me he had no openings until the next Tuesday and I scheduled with him regardless. Tuesday came and I made sure I was at the house. No one showed up! I called them and the same scheduler picked up. Same attitude toward me and very disrespectful and dismissive. He started cursing me out over the phone claiming that he called me several times and I did not answer and it was my fault that no one came. He continued till I had enough and hung up. He never bothered calling back. Negative 5 rating

they always bend over backwards to get it done right the first time, they corrected problems that other heating and air companies had created saving me alot of money
