Project started out smoothly, Crew #1 was professional; dug the hole for the walkout and did the inside framing. Then the job turned into a nightmare! Crew #2; brickwork for the walkout/stairs, door and inside drywall, electrical and plumbing. They screwed up and had to tear out and redo after failed inspection due to the foreman not reading the drawings correctly. After firing Crew #2, Metro sent a single man to fix the mess and complete the job. A lot of excuses, 6-8 week job took 5 months. Horrible!

These guys put in some new lights, they had to use lights they found in my bathroom light fixtures rather than buy new light bulbs. They also used all of my own paint rather than buy new paint. They also left without replacing baseboards and they took some wood that I had stored downstairs.

Excellent work. They worked hard to complete the bathroom quickly and did it in 6 days. Their price was much less than the other estimates we received, as was the timeline. I heartily recommend Metro Design Build and will use them again should the occasion present itself.
