I paid him over $10,000, he did not provide the services that we agreed on, I had to keep chasing him for updates, rarely. He returns phone calls, never in the office return in the summer. You will never find him. Please do not waste your time, money or energy on Mike Dunn.

Michael Dunn provided satisfactory architectural services until he was paid. Then he became almost impossible to reach. He never secured the required and promised CO for the porch he oversaw. Although I frequently emailed him, I never heard from him again. The original permit for the porch expired because he never completed the process, the town wants more money to renew it and now the Town of Brookhaven is threatening me with legal action and large fees.

Hired architect to design and supervise construction of a 350 SQ FT groundfloor master suite addition. Plans were provided as promised; however, only AFTER all fees had been paid to the architect and town planning department, were we told that the addition would not be permitted due to various structural concerns. Very dissatisfied with lack of communication on this point. Would not in good conscience, recommend this architect.

Mr. Dunn was easy to work with and had a good idea of the design I was trying to achieve. His ideas made the house planning process sensible, cost effective, as well as stylish. He was very accessible to discuss any questions my wife or I had during the initial planning stages. I would highly recommend his firm.
