Michael did not give me the cheapest quote but he did provide better coverage than the others. I believe I got the best for my money. His was definitely the best value.

At first they had some trouble getting my old, outdated sprinkler system to run well but they made it right and now it is working OK. The serviceman they sent over, Channing, is good to work with and seems to care about making things right before he leaves.

The technician was prompt (called 30 min before arriving so I could leave work and get home to meet him). He needed to make an unexpected repair which he did quickly. He took the time to tell me everything he was doing which I really appreciated! My only suggestion is for his company to provide him with shoe covers that he can easily put on when he enters the house. He stopped and took off his shoes each time he needed to come in to access the water supply, which I totally appreciated! AWESOME SERVICE!!!
