Person contacted me immediately on Memorial Day before my computer even finished the request. Tried to troubleshoot over the phone and when that did not work, sent someone out immediately the next day. Excellent service, would recommend and use this contractor again.

They knew just how to fix it and they got my vacuum back to me promptly. The man from Murrco also called me and he suggested I use Mid America for my problem and because they were closer. He was very professional and helpful.
