He did a great job....called within 1 minute of me submitting my request, was able to come to the house quickly. Tried first see if he could fix the pump on the water heater before replacing the entire thing...even though we needed a new one, i appreciated that he always had our best interest in mind. He did a quality job, including even adding a water catch with a pipe leading to a drain in the event that the water heater ever leaked. Not only would recommend him, but we already used him again for another project.

Mike was very prompt in contacting us to assess our hot water heater issue. We were able to set up an appointment for first thing the following morning. The hot water heater needed to be replaced and was under warranty. Mike provided a quote for labor and misc parts which was very reasonable. I couldn't open the check valve because the unthinking builders carelessly sealed part of it in concrete. Mike Andary came over and couldn't open it either. He had no choice but to break the top. Mike had to call around for a lid replacement. I knew that nobody sells just a lid and that I would have to pay for the entire thing. He found one after a week and came back to finish the job. Mike is friendly and would give tips. His rate is comparable to the others I called. I'll call him again if I ever need a plumber.
