Stated that they knew how to install glass mosaic tile on kitchen back splash. Did a very unprofessional job around switches, outlets and in corners. Can see the webbing in the glass tile at the grout lines. I reviewed some internet sites concerning the installation of this type of tile and in all cases these site stated that you had to use a short piece of 2x4 and a mallet and tape the tile tight to the mortar. He insist that his hand pressure was sufficient. You can see the difference were the hand applied different pressure.. Very unprofessional job..

"This man is crazy. We had two other tile contractors, the tile manufacturer, the store manager, and the regional manager over to his house. All confirmed the tile was installed correctly. It is light colored glass tile. You can see through it at certain angles. That's just the way it is and he does not like it. He should have picked a darker color then. As an FYI, he saw a video on YouTube and has decided that this man's install method is the only method on earth to install tile. We used a level. The tile was all level. Very weird customer......."

During the bid Mike was acting like very nice person. While performing the job he was very arrogant and rude. Messed up my wall while taking the pictures off and did not even apologize. Also kept reminding me that I have got the best deal and we even did not negotiate the price. He was paid fully what he had bid for.

"Potential customers are told at the time of estimate, and the contract states in large bold letters, that Mike's Creative Touch is not responsible for moving knick-knacks, valubles, or artwork; Although his "pictures" could hardly be called that. he had posters taped to the wall. we kept asking and asking him and his wife to remove them and they didn't. Finally his wife said you do it. We told her we didn't want to because we thought that they would rip because they were taped. She said she did not care just take it off. We did and unfortunately they were damaged, but we can hardly be held responsible for this."

I did not rate value for the money because I only got the one quote so I have no idea whether Mike's prices are high, low or in the middle. He did do a perfect job, though! He was pleasant to deal with and finished the job 1/2 day early (yay!)

Came out and gave me a prompt estimate. He also cleaned up the other contractors mess from the drywall. He also threw heavy furniture for me. He did a beautiful paint job. Nice and tidy. I will use him again. Good quality work with a fair price.

Have to stay on top of them about cleaning up after themselves, wall prep, etc. Just wanted to get in and out as fast as possible. Didn't clean up the plaster droppings or paint smudges they got on woodwork, doors, counters, etc. Horrible overlap on corners and ceilings (got color on ceiling, etc.).

Mike was able to do the job on short notice, and he was very helpful in making some suggestions that we liked! His work was excellant and he offered to do some additional work while he was already there, at a price that was too good to pass up! He was prompt and cleaned up very well after the job was completed! I would give him a Gold Star on quality of work, communication and value for the price!

Excellent, excellent quality of work. I am extremely pleased with all results. Mike and crew painted the entire interior of my home, and it was not an easy job, i.e., 20' cathedral ceilings requiring drywall repair work, narrow and uncarpeted 2nd floor staircase, moving of big and heavy furniture, etc. Absolutely nothing was damaged-I was amazed. Also, every newly painted room had 2 different colors, along with ceiling white, and the "cut" between colors was perfect every time. Communication/response time was excellent, pricing very reasonable, clean-up very much appreciated. Highly recommend Mike; a pleasure to work with a professional.

They were very professional, reasonably priced and went beyond expectations. I have a very old house. Their repairs before painting were wonderful. They even took hardware off my wooden windows and painted it silver as part of "window repairs." I have used them twice!

Mike has integrity--he came on-time for the estimate; he did everything he said he would do, at the time he said, and finished on-time or earlier. He charged what he said he would charged or told me ahead of time if costs would be higher for additional services. He is meticulous and obviously takes pride in doing a good job. I would recommend him.

I hired Mike to paint the entire interior of my home and was very pleased with the overall experience. Mike was professional, but cordial at all times. His experience was clearly evident. He was straightforward about price//work with no surprises. If he found something unexpected or questionable he called before acting upon it. The final result, including clean up and paint drops, was excellent = especially considering the amount of wall prep and repair involved.

Mike was always on time and did more than what I expected. Everything was professionally done and he cleaned up everything when job was complete.
