"Our crew members perform the as they are directed by us the management. We can not take a neglected and poor maintained home and make it beautiful overnight. Our equipment is excellent working order and never have dull blades because our mowers are maintained weekly. You are invited to call us and we schedule a tour of our facilities so you can see our process and records on the maintenance of our equipment. What credibility do you have in determining whether a cutting blade is dull or not? I am willing to meet with you and and do a site visit and go over the issues. Please communicate with our office, what is going on."
"Please be informed that the lawn was neglected and not mowed yet this season and the lawn was a foot and a half tall. My crew got the job done to the best of their ability unfortunately we can not perform miracles on a one time mowing, or a lawn that has been abandoned. We have been in business for many years, and can provide over 350 references of very satisfied customers. A weekly maintenance plan is available if the home owner would like to see better results."
