I have been in the contracting business for over 30 years. I have spent my life building things, house additions, fine furniture and so forth. Becoming a home inspector was a natural transition for me given my experience with building. Ken with Mill River Home Inspections was great! He was on time, friendly and helpful with his suggestions, and very thorough. The turn around time for the report was timely, too. The report itself was clear and easy to understand. He gave us great deal for the home inspection and radon test, too. Comparable to other home inspectors that I've priced. I would definitely recommend Mill River to any one needing a home inspection!
