Addition to Existing Structure Building Service
I paid double the estimated cost to have a stair case built, and it took twice as long as expected. Clean up was done consistantly on a daily basis up unitl the end of the job. They pulled out of the job quickly, leaving a huge mess, also leaving some loose ends. As part of the contract, Milward construcyion was to also build window dormers in the attic, but on the last day of finishing the staircase they said they could no longer do the dormers. I did not get a refund for the cash I already paid into the job.

Kitchen - Remodel
Wayne Milward was very competent and has a lot of experience in remodeling kitchen/baths-he is a great communicator and his estimate for the project was on target with final price-definitely recommend him to friends and other people-he has a strong work ethic and gets the job done on time and within budget.
