Customer service was very good. When Paul came to check out my yard, he took down all my instructions for maintenance of my lawn and we set up a day to start. However when the crew came to take care of my lawn, the men couldn't speak/understand English and didn't cut it as I asked (way too short) and I had to follow them around the yard pointing to the areas to edge. They were more interested in rushing to get it done than doing it well. I called the company and cancelled the service.

They were very responsive but not clear on the services rendered. Initially he quoted 2 yards of dirt, straw and seed. I asked for 10 yards and we would see if more was needed. He quoted a price that I thought included straw and seed. I even remember saying "lets see if that is enough dirt before you put down the seed.". In summary, the work was great but communication was lacking.

They responded promptly to my request, had a reasonable fee for the work performed, arrived at the appointed time, performed the work requested very well, and cleaned up after themselves. The owner arrived to review the work performed, spoke directly with me to verify that work was being performed to my satisfaction and provided a business card for future needs. They were great and so is my yard, now!
