Carpet Repair, Refasten, or Stretch
At this point, I have not had the work done because the carpet manufacturing company finally sent a rep out to look at it. However, Denise called me when I first looked into ServiceMagic and was very helpful. I had a call from her within minutes after submitting a request - talk about customer service. Once Mohawk decided on a course of action, I will know if I can use Monarch or not.

Carpets or Rugs Clean at Home
It was more that other carpet cleaners. They do so much better. Everyone is very nice, he had done many projects for us. Monarch Carpet does so much better that other company's.
