Beware! There are many HVAC service providers in the Grand Valley; we recommend avoiding ones who can?t staff appropriately, struggle with accountability, have extremely poor customer service, and don?t honor their agreements. As the following indicates, Monarch has seriously devolved in quality. We purchased a 5-figure HVAC AC/Furnace unit in June 2024 for a residence. We were told that this purchase and installation came with two free unit Services (Fall and Spring of the upcoming year). We were provided the 1st unit Service, at which time we were informed by the Servicer that the entire old furnace had been left by their installers in our attic for over 7-months, collecting dust and adding weight to our rafters. We then had to schedule to have this removed, and be further inconvenienced. An avoidable oversight that shows their QA/QC. Company has been giving us the run-around every year since we moved into our new home in 2018 for a coolant leak issue from their initial installation. Every year, someone from their team has been coming out when the A/C starts struggling from lack of coolant. They either incorrectly tell us there is no issue (when there still is) or say they fixed it, but the same problem just continues/shows up again, which oddly enough, they then accept as a problem they did not fix correctly...fast-forward to current year 2022 and they now expect me to pay them $85 since they are sure they fixed it the last attempt...right. The amount of follow-ups, misdiagnoses, apologies for not fixing it, and repair attempts is beyond ridiculous, it is just incompetence. Use another company - bad apple.

They were very Knowledegable and polite and did a Beautiful job. Highly recommend them.
