They kept me informed when they would show up. Originally it was between 1 PM to 3 PM. They showed up at 3:30 PM; however, they called me twice to let me know the status. They were very professional and I plan on using them again next year. I would highly recommend them.

With little to no knowledge of how the dryer vent was clean, this company was very informative and explained to me step by step of how the dryer vent was to be cleaned. Initially i choose this company because their prices were the most competitive compared to the other companies. Scheduling was a breeze and i was able to schedule an appointment within days of speaking to them. The company used some kind of spinning brush to clean out my dryer vent, and I could not believe all the junk that came out of my vent! I never knew that much lint could accumulate in the dryer vent. The techs were friendly and they did a great job!

Started and finished on time. seems like they did a thorough job. also cleaned the dryer vent and the attick vent. however, you need to know all the vents in your house, and specifically ask to have the dryer vent cleaned, and all ducts pressure-tested. Explained what they were doing - mostly. Explained the working and maintainance of the system. would have liked to get a summary of what they did to pressure-test the ducts to test for leaks. when asked, just said "yes, we did it". cleaned up after them. put all doors back on, the ones they had removed to get access.
