Central A/C Service or Repair
I liked this company and the previous person they sent to conduct requested repairs, so I signed up for a contract, which gave me a discount on parts and services, as well as a yearly service. At the time of my yearly service, Moon Air sent two unfamiliar gentlemen to conduct it. They spent over two hours in my house, attic, and with the unit. Up to this point, my unit worked properly and I had no issues. However their assessment differed greatly. They adamantly insisted that I need over $400 worth of work and parts replaced on my unit. They were unable to tell me specific parts, other than sensor and control board. When pressed for more information on what was wrong, all they did was provide my unit's model number. It seemed very disingenuous. I proceeded to call a separate company (the company that installed my unit for the previous owners) to schedule a diagnosis with them for a second opinion. They found absolutely nothing wrong with my unit and saved me the trouble of unnecessary "repairs." I would not recommend this company unless you want to spend money on unnecessary work.

Happy with service. I needed my furnace inspected and cleaned, but because it's getting old (but still works just fine), I was afraid I'd get a sales pitch, which happens all the time these days. I pretty much dread service calls because of the inevitable sales pitch. But surprise! Moon Services didn't do this. The guy inspected and cleaned my furnace. He told me it's getting old, showed me why (little bits of rust), and explained what to be concerned about. But the bottom line is that it still works and it's still safe, and he just did his job. Thank you Moon Services.

My name is Kevin,our heat went out end of Feb. We called Steve he answered and was very informative, to the piont and friendly.We scheduled an apt. within a day,talked with him and four other potential contractors in which two of those cancelled one reason or another.He was able to get us financing since we did not have cash for the job.They got the job done four days after we talked and the job was very quick .I would absolutely recomend them to any one needing some type of heater assistance.Great job guys11111111
