I was away on vacation for a week..Returned late Saturday to find 4 inches of ice on my sloped driveway. Filled out a request on servicemagic on Sunday morning...Josh responded within an hour and showed up only a few hours later...on a Sunday. Very prompt, very professional...I was delighted.
