Faucets, Fixtures and Pipes - Repair or Replace
Solved the problem Mr. Rooter and Roto Rooter did not. Actually listened to me. Gave a one year warranty for the work. The other companies gave a six month warranty.

Everything was done as expected. I have not received a bill for this work yet so I am unable to honestly answer the value for the money question at this time.

Gas Furnace / Forced Air Heating System - Repair
Tri-lvl home, 20+ yr old furnace, 10yr old addition. Upper lvl was not comfortable in temp extremes. Tim called me within min of posting request. Old furnace was "limiting", house very cold! Tim got furnace running. 1st HVAC person EVER to check out entire system, not just "metal box". He found that furnace was wearing out & too small for home. Prior owners shld've upgraded w addition. Installed 95% eff, proper size & blower size, replaced shoddy duct work in addt'n, added 2 electronic diverters w thermostats, creating 3 zones w/ one furnace. Brilliant! We now have a COMFORTABLE HOME, GREATER EFFICIENCY, AND A PERMANENT HVAC MAN!

We were amazed of the quick response from Morse Mechanical. The day we entered the request on this website, Mr. Morse contacted us and came that day to give us a estimate. We found that Morse Mechanical was very professional and did great work. We plan on using them again to do the plumbling for our third bathroom. We have already recommended Morse Mechanical to our neighbors. Thanks Servicemagic.com and Morse Mechanical Inc.
