Mountain Valley Plumbing, LLC

.

Very professional. Quick and excellent service.

Veery thourough. Went through the entire house top-to-bottom.

I ended up not using this company for my hot water heater, but I used them for another service that I needed and I am very pleased with the job that was done and the communication that I had with them. Very efficient.

He showed up in about an hour and was prepared even when he had to break into the foundation of the house with a jackhammer!

Good experience, just alot more money than I was expecting.

This company is very fair and professional. I will call them back when needed.

They only did the necessary work and explained what they were doing. When I asked them to do an additional piece of work they obliged.

I have America Home Shield. They sent ARS Rescue to my home for the covered repairs. ARS quoted me a price over twice as much as Mountain Valley. I had Mountain Valley do the work and I was very happy with the service. I would not recommend ARS and suggest you take them off your list of approved plumbers.

Performed the service quickly and efficiently

Mountain Valley was able to do the job within one day; they were prompt (arrived exactly on time) and efficient.

Thank you

The plumber set up an aped promptly and arrived as scheduled and fixed the two problems we had. However, he has to come back on Monday because our tub faucet is still leaking on the floor. They came back and figured out our problem!

Greg and James were in and out to fix our drain in under 30 minutes. They even answered a few plumbing questions I had about the bathtub and toilet. Great service, good price. I would use Mountain Valley Plumbing again.

Outstanding!!!!! Greg, his son James and Connie are very customer conscious with much experience. Very painless repair.

Mountain Valley was able to come and see us the same day and gave an excellent quote for the job. They fixed our problem and even helped with a separate issue that had popped up concerning our water heater. They replaced our water heater and installed it with no notice in addition to the original job. Very professional and on time.

MVP arrived 5 min early for our estimate. Greg & his son spent a good amount of time measuring and advising me what would be involved in our condo repipe & answered all my questions. Connie was always available if I had questions, as well as provided valuable consumer advice - to check with AZ Registrar of Contractors before contracting w/ anyone! Greg & his son did an outstanding job repiping my condo & cutting out the drywall in a clean/professional manor! Their team is the best! Estimate was right on target & they performed all the work themselves. They also helped me with upgrading my water heater ;)

They were on time, fast and professional.

Friendly, professional & knowledgeable service. All the expertise of the big guys with the personal touch of a family business. Next time we'll only need to make 1 call.

They fixed the problem over the phone, at no cost to us!

Same day response! Constance was very helpful! She gave an accurate estimate over the phone and kept me updated throughout the day. I've already recommended Mountain Valley Plumbing to family members!

From the initial call by Connie in the office to Greg and his son arriving and doing the replacement, this has been an easy and pleasant experience! Connie was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to about the problem, as well as quick to offer possible solutions. Greg and His son were awesome - very quick and efficient. They knew exactly what they were doing which instilled confidence in their work. The price quoted was the price charged - no hidden charges. They stand behind their work 100%. I would recommend them without hesitation to any of my family or friends!

Very polite and on time.

Prompt, perfectly on time and knowledgeable, and everyone loves an optimistic plumber! Nice work, too! Great experience.

Excellent company, great on communication and delivers on promises made.
