Mr. Appliance of Kissimmee St. Cloud

Initial reaponse to my call on a Saturday was quick. I had a refrigerator problem. Came out four times starting Monday of that week with multiple diagnois and by Saturday admitted that they could not fix the problem. After agreeing to return my money if they could not fix it, he still has not returned my money over $300.

Angelo was polite and professional. He ordered the part and returned to repair the refrigerator. the part did not correct the problem.He found that the compressor was bad,. He recommended that we buy a new refrigerator. He refunded us the money . He only charged for the call out .

The technician, Gilbert, was wonderful and VERY professional. The owner of the company was wonderful on initial contact, too. Gilbert came out only hours after my call. But once the problem was assessed by Gilbert and the part was ordered AND PAID FOR (labor cost was 2/3 of the cost for swapping out an inexpensive circuit board) -- it took an unanswered email to the company 7 days later, and an unanswered voicemail, before I got the owner on the phone. The unnecessarily abusive manner in which he responded blew me away. "The part came in yesterday, but DO YOU THINK I JUST SIT HERE ALL DAY calling people to tell them their part's come in?" I, unfortunately, paid $50 to this man's company, 'Mr. Appliance,' for a yearly 'service contract' that enables me to have TOP PRIORITY on response. Perhaps Mr. Appliance was just having a bad day.

The man said someone would be here between 2 and 3 pm,, he showed up at 4:15,, the price was way too much altho I did negotiate it. Then the man fixing it left a mess with the belt and the package out. There was actually a trash can right by the dryer.

ON time/superb service

Answered promptly, dealt with a difficult tenant, an irrational bully, in an acceptab;le way, at least I have had no complaints from her. the fridge is working again, so let us hope all is well.

Anthony was right on time and the job was completed in a timely manor at a fair price.

It was a good service. We thought it was more of a problem then it turned out to be and Mr. Appliance gave the correct evaluation to complete the repairs and did a great job.

Very professional. Great service ,fast response,best we ever called.
