The person that installed the door was rude and caused damage to the door. I don’t know his name but I wouldn’t recommend this company based on his behavior.

Did an excellent and professional job installing my storm door. Pricing is rather expensive.

He forgot to do a few things, but then again it was late on Friday and they came back Monday and finished the job. I even over looked what was not done so it was not all his fault.

The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early and were willing to reschedule the final walkthrough multiple times to accommodate our schedule. Final project turned out great!"

Project took a little longer than probably should have, so at $85 per hour, cost was slightly higher than it should have been.

When I first called to replace my back door, they gave the impression that the job can be done in 2 to 3 hours. When the technician came out, he said it would be about three hours. I continued to ask them if the job can be done for under $600. He said around there. I could not stay around to see the job completed. However, when I came by 8 hours later he was still not finished. He took an addiitional 2 hours to finish and charged me $1,257 just to replace the back door. I know hourly jobs can be a rip-off but this is ridiculous. I contacted the manager to complain and received a $400 deduction. $857 is still too much for this job.

He was on time, he was pleasant, he was knowledgeable and he did a wonderful job. I was very pleased with the service and the price. I would most certainly use them again.

He arrived to provide a quote when he said he would. His quote was good value and the work that followed was well done. Mr. Harmon is a great guy and was very honest. This job was a bit unusual and required a unique approach; he came through wonderfully. Thank you!

The work was done in a timely manner. Although we had a couple of ruff spots and but one was fixed to our satisfaction. We will have someone with a little more experience in to fix it later. The price charged for the their service I thought was fair.

Only did 1 of 3 projects that we agreed to do. Did not do a spectacular job on the project. It took 8 hours to do a 4 hour job. They still wanted to charge full price. I would NOT recommend this group.

Arrived on time, came prepared with all tools and equipment. Cheerful and industrious. Did not waste time. Polite and respectful at all times. Very enthusiastic. Made great suggestions.
