the actual worker that did the work was excellant,he was curtiouse and nice and over all a good person.How ever his boss was very unprofessional,had a nasty mouth and attitude,I've since seen the guy that did the actual work and was told that the boss was fired,,well I'm not surprised I would hate to think that a company would want to keep someone of his calibur in their company. N ow that I know he is gone I would without hesitation hire and recommend this company..Thank You very much

On time, little wasted time, very personable repairman. Adapted his tool set to do a good job, Pergo repair calls for router to splice replacement boads which Mr. Handyman did not have. This resulted in a good repair vise very good.

Alex did respond very quickly to my request. He went out and did the estimate on the job. They got the job done in a timely matter. Therefore, the price he estimated over the phone was then doubled when he charged my credit card. When the job was complete he wouldn't tell me how much it was and never called me to say it was that much more. When calling him to ask him about the situation he denied ever telling me that price. My mistake was not getting an estimate in writing from him in the first place. Therefore, I'm not a satisfied customer.

I had Mr. Handyman install 2 double pane windows. They were very professional, but I received 2 different estimates. The 2nd estimate was $75 more than the original and I ended up paying $100 more than the second estimate. They added in a $40 transport fee for my windows. I also went all day with no windows. He removed them around 9 am and didnt return with my new windows until 4:30. He also charged me for an extra 30 min. He arrived about 4:30, and charged me for 4:00 to 4:50, and my window was cracked upon re-installation. They are going to return and fix for no extra charge. I give them 3 stars overall.

After discussing the project with them we opted to put in a fiberglass shower instead of re-tiling. This way our handicapped family member could roll right into the shower. They were able to do it all... The plumbing, electrical for a light, and construction work needed to prep the walls and shower pan. When the project was complete there were some drainage problems. They adjusted the pan and got it working perfectly.

Very professional. I live out of state and Alex had to meet with the tenants. He met the scheduled appt. time and delivered a detailed estimate of cost to replace/repair two bathrooms. He kept me informed via telephone and e-mail of the progress of the job and any unexpected issues which cropped up during the process. His staff were courteous and helpful. My tenants were pleased with the service and the outcome of the work. I would recommend his service to others. The only issue I have is that I am still waiting for a revised billing marked 'paid in full' for income tax purposes.
