Mike and his crew were very professional. They installed the heat pump in just a few hours and cleaned up all the mess. They also answered my questions and didn't even seem to mind my somewhat annoying dogs. Their price was the best I got, and they gave me all estimates in writing and seemed interested in suggesting what I needed, not what would make them the most money. They also got the application for my town's rebate offer so that was one less thing that I had to deal with. The heat pump is working beautifully. I am highly satisfied and will continue to use Mr. Heating and Air for any future needs.

He is excellent, very trustworthy, very reasonable price, very good quality in his work. He is not always prompt in billing for the work, but that is the only thing I have to ask for from hi. I am very satisfied with his work, will come in an emergence, very good in general work. He is very good, only one I use for heating and air work.
