I could not rate Mr. Painterman in all categories because I returned the contract and sent the down payment to Mr. Painterman-James Grover just yesterday. The job will start right away and be completed as quickly as weather permits. James made all contact by computer which really helped to move things quickly. He came out to look at the job within the first 24 hours. He answered all questions I had thoroughly. Very professional. He also has a great website with examples of his work and info on products, etc. I also did some independent research on the products he would be using and found them to be superior as he had indicated. My experience so far with James makes me confident about the results I can expect. I will update rating on completion of job.

The contracter was absolutely wonderful. Job was done in lightening time, under bid and needed touch up was taken care of immediately. Fantastic Company!!! Thank you.
