Communication and responsiveness were very good. The job that I requested was done properly. There was only one thing that bothered me a bit: the employee who did the pump work made me believe that everything inside was backed up and had somebody else come out to find out quickly that was not the case at all.

The work was ok but the charges for parts were outrageous. The plumber charged $275 for a sump pump that is available at a hardware store for $150.

I called later in the day and they answered the phone. George was very nice and set the appointment for the next morning. I was 10 minutes later but John waited for me. John was very informative and explained what I was seeing on the camera. He busted a clog in my sewer system and explained and showed why it happened. He immediately gave me an estimate to fix the problem. He also put everything back (shelf system ) The only reason I'm giving a low value for money is that another estimate to fix other other problems in the house were 2.5x the next large company plumber. So it just makes ya think this was probably a little high too.

Mr. Rooter sent someone quickly. Before doing any 'real work' towards diagnosing my problem, it was going to be $274 to do a 'pressure test' (which took all of 5-10 minutes to complete). The guy was nice & knowledgeable, but, $274??!!! I needed to know where my problem was (inside or outside), so I spent the $274. Prob was outside, but 'next step' (pressure test at well) was going to cost $830 !? That was a 'red flag' for me! I called someone else; problem was fixed for a heck of a lot less. I had the feeling I was being 'preyed upon' since I had an emergency & needed my prob fixed. Shame on Mr. Rooter for charging so much!

The gentlman who did the work was very nice, but I thought the entire service was way too expensive. That was after he misquoted, thinking I was a member and also I used a coupon. It was still too expensive. Also, my husband was not here and he said that the main drain, in a closet next to the bathroom where the clogged shower was, should have been automatically cleaned and that they should have known this.

It is not always possible to get the problem resolved 100% the first time, that's why we give a warranty, to get 100% customer satisfaction.I also suggest that if you ever want an additional service performed you mention it to the technician, that way you will make sure it is done. If the technician performs a service and tests the results there is no need for more work. Mentioning it makes sure it gets done.Especially if it is hidden in a closet."

I needed the work done so I didn't check the prices he gave me i just okayed the work after it was complete I saw on the internet that I over paid by thousands.

"It is easy to compare prices over the internet and not always fair. Did you know that in New York State any person working on a well has to have a Department of Environmental Conservation license? Your technician is fully licensed to work on your well. Every state and every county and even some communities have requirements that can influence the price. I am sorry you feel you were overcharged but remember your new water pump comes with a 5 year warranty. Certainly longer than you could get over the internet."

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORKMANSHIP AND PROFESSIONALISM. THE DATE TO BEGIN THE JOB WAS NEVER ESTABLISHED FOR PLANNING AHEAD, THAT LEFT ME IN LIMBO FOR A FEW DAYS. THE AFFECTED AREA COULD HAVE BEEN GRADED BETTER. DON'T BE DISCOURAGED BY THIS. THE GUYS KNOW THERE JOB.

If you have a TON of money to blow this is the company for you. Replaced three pipes underneath kitchen sink for over $200. They can be had at Home Depot for probably $10 to $15. If you have a few wrenches and get some knowledge from the folks at HD you can do this job. I didnt have the right tools and the line was clogged. I tried to snake it out but didnt have the drill type machine like he had. My mistake was allowing him to do the pipe work. The snaking part was over $200! Total job was over $500 w/tax. Total labor involved 15 mins. Nice guy but come on! He said to me "Everybody's gotta make a living." They ought to be ashamed.
