I contracted Frank to replace gable vents, recaulk windows, repaint area of stucco and replace 2 outside lights. He showed up and estimated the job in an expedient manner. From this point on I experienced a contractor that communicated he ordered material when he didn�t, ultimately needed support in finding the vents, failed to put screens behind the improperly installed vents as agreed previously (said they were not necessary), only caulked 1 of 4 windows, didn't replace the lights and I had to remind him to paint the stucco prior to leaving the job. Poor performer/quality.

"Wow, I am blown away about these comments.When I left the job client was happy. 3 weeks later I am contacted by SERVICE MAGIC about a complaint (never a word from the client) I tried to call and sent an email asking the client to contact ME so I could resolve any problems.NO word, but then he posts untruthful comments about the project. I DID locate vents.I contacted client prior to ordering to ensure they were EXACTLY what he wanted.I caulked all 4 window. I OFFERED to change lights IF he wanted but this was not part of the bid or the job. We discussed screens not being necessary as new vents had no gap. Would have appreciated direct contact"

Frank is nice,but doesn't show up and when he does he complains that "all the people who work for him keep making mistakes and he has to go fix it"! His work is never finished or done right.i had to hire others to repair the work he did and I already paid for!

"I am very disappointed to get such a poor rating. On my first visit she told me her contractor did not do the job properly and she had to hire people to fix his work. We installed a cover in a screened enclosure. When we left she was happy. I called to collect she said she would have someone come and fix it because it was not right. When I attempted to make appointments, they were not convenient to her schedule. On at least one occasion she did not answer the door though her car was in the driveway. I worked very hard to make this customer happy. I told her as she was not happy she did not have to pay for the work.She paid materials only."

Needed some minor home repair work done ---had no idea who to get. Went online to search - somehow Servicemagic came up. Put our request in and within seconds --literally-- we received 2 calls. Frank was punctual and efficient. He stayed on task and was extremely throughtful in noticing and fixing minor things that did not take much time (he wouldn't profit from the project). His rates were fair and I felt extremely comfortable having him work in my house. The work done was perfect. I would use him again.

Mr. Frank Walcutt called immediately and came to my home to ascertain what had to be done and the price. The price was excellent and as of this date the project has been completed and it is just exceptional. My neighbors have spoken to him after seeing the work in my house and they want him to do work in theirs. If I need anything further in my home I will contact Mr. Walcutt immediately. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. Since I moved to Florida it has been hard to get someone to come when they say and do the job properly. Excellent service by him and your sight...I will certainly be using you both again.
