The day after the glass installation I realized the screen hadn't been replaced over the window. I tried to do it but couldn't. I called Murray Glass and was told the installer would be out Monday to replace the screen. I called again Tuesday because the screen was still on the ground. I was told it had to be replaced from the inside. I took time off from work again and met another person who fiddled with the screen from the inside for about 30 minutes, then took it back outside and installed it from there. So I missed time from work needlessly.

There was a bit of miscommunication, but overall I was very impressed with Murray Glass. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. One note: The replacement window I ordered was not as secure in the frame as I would have liked when I got it back, but that is minor compared to the promptness, price and professionalism with which I was treated.
