Any less than perfect score had to do with the fact that they were a new company when we hired them and we were their first home build. As the first home we ever built there were communication skills to be developed on both sides.

They were here all day every day. At the start of the job he had all his suv-contractors in the back yard for coffee and doughnuts, and to go over what he expected, and that worked great. As the onsite manager, he was here every day in case there were problems or I had questions, They also put up a fence around the project. I had never seen that, and it really helped. My wife wanted the addition to look like the house that was built in 1927, and it was difficult to do, but they found a way to do it, and everyone was happy.
