Program (rodent infestation prevention program) includes a Base Seal(TM) + three initial visits in the 1st month and a quarterly follow-up throughout the remainder of the year to prevent future reoccurance. Replacing contaminated insulation will dramatically improve air quality of most homes, remove a dangerous health hazard and save you money on heating and air conditioning. VAPOR BARRIER Replacement The Vapor Barrier under your home prevents wood damage from moisture and insects. It should be in good condition, free of rodent droppings and standing water. EXCLUSION All standard rodent entry points are checked and sealed in addition to holes found during the crawlspace restoration. SANITIZER The crawlspace will be fogged with sanitizer to give your house a fresh new smell.
