joe seltsam is only worried about getting paid , he lied about the way the job would be done . after the 1st day of work he claimed he under estimated the job and wanted more money. the 2nd day of a estimated 3 day job no one showed up , the 3rd day the worker showed up around 11am . they never covered my tile floor, the sheetrock dust is now embedded in my grout lines, joe promised my wife that he would personally take care of the clean up that never happened instead joe made arrangements with his worker to collect the last ckeck . joe never followed up to see if anything had to be cleaned . we are going to small claims court with this guy!!

Joe was extremely pleasant, reliable and very professional. Did a really beautiful job. Even helped us with another issue - rectifying an error made by another contracter - and did not charge extra. I would definitely call him for any repairs required around the house amd feel very confident that the job would be well done.

He came to change a coat closet into a pantry, and when he was done, he fixed my broken front door without me even asking him to! and he did it out of courtesy... no extra charge! What a nice guy! I'll definitely hire him again and refer him to my friends and family!!
